I like to play around with the delivery system for this blog. It’s always changing.
The following tools have played a part in the delivery at some time (maybe they still do): Amazon EC2, Linux (specifically Debian GNU/Linux), Apache, PHP, MySQL, Varnish, nginx, memcache, WordPress with WP Super Cache and Pound.
Here is a very basic diagram. I will soon get around to explaining this a little more. And to provide config files. Interested? Email me.

Came across your site, as when I was in SA I got to know Justin (Hartman)…visiting your site, I’m really liking your theme (and in the process of looking at a redesign of my site…is this a public theme, or did you develop it yourself? If you did it, would you mind sending it my way?
